It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

“I feel like I don’t even know where to begin a healthy lifestyle or bring balance back to my life?” One of my new clients told me this last week, and I completely understood. When it came to nutrition, they felt like they had tried everything and failed. Sound familiar? Are you trapped in your routine and in behaviors that you know won’t bring you the life you want? Here we can get to know you and answer any questions you have about nutrition coaching. We want to make sure you are ready to take the next step and see if we are a great fit for you. Step 2 Now we are ready to begin. This is where we really dive into getting to know you. What is your schedule like, what are your current eating habits, what was and is your relationship with food, what are your future goals? What does the future you act like, look like and represent? We love getting to know you, and we do this through a combination of an in depth questionnaire followed up by an initial meeting either in person or through a zoom call.


Step 3: This is my personal favorite and is the key to success with you and our current clients. This step is where most diets fall short, but at Nutrition1st this is where we shine and excel. This is the toughest step for anyone, execution of the plan! This is where your coach provides guidance, accountability, and motivation to achieve your goals. We work on little behavior changes each week and build on those habits over time. We are always in close contact with you and sometimes even on a daily basis. You have success during your week, call or text us to celebrate. You fall down, we will help you get back up. We are not an app. on your phone or a program you downloaded off the internet, we are here for you, you are not alone! If you have a question about what to do in a certain social situation, ask your coach. If you have a question about how to eat on a weekend trip, ask your coach. We will help you navigate a plan that works in your lifestyle and guarantees long term success. We can’t do it for you, but we will be there with you every step of the way.
